The Patent Pending design allows you to order the right kit to fit your frame. Ships assembled and ready to install. adjustable to all major class 8 truck frame widths from 33-1/2″ to 34-1/4″. The core of the kit requires no welding and can be transferred from one vehicle to the next as needed. installs with the bumper and pinch tubes integrated in the core assembly.
K-bolt comes preassembled but still remains 100% serviceable with all major components. The core assembly features the adjustable tire pad, adjustable wheel stops, pinch tubes, and bumper. this offers a single point of contact with the truck frame and attaches with 3/4″ bolts, 6 per side. apart from the core assembly, the only installation process requiring welding is the chain brackets as they mount to the rear bed rail.
